According to the normative prescriptions of subparagraphs 9.1-9.3 of paragraph 9 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2021 No. 107 "On biometric documents" limits and confirmation of citizenship of the Republic of Belarus; a biometric passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus is used along with a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus to verify the identity of the owner outside the Republic of Belarus, to confirm the citizenship of the Republic of Belarus and the owners right to leave the Republic of Belarus and (or) enter the Republic of Belarus; other biometric documents are equivalent in use with similar identity documents and documents for leaving the Republic of Belarus and (or) entering the Republic of Belarus, issued in accordance with the established procedure on applications submitted before September 1, 2021. Since these documents are used along with a passport a citizen of the Republic of Belarus and similar identity documents, we believe it is possible to fill in the corresponding fields of the register without amending it in connection with the publication of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 16, 2021 No. 107.
